We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Alani Nu apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for easy, printer-free drop-offs at participating locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the clothing is free from deodorant marks or stains.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
